Beginner / Intermediate Vinyasa (6 Week Series) with Margaret McChesney:
This Class is a continuation of the 6 Week Beginners Series. We will be focusing on pranayama and mindfulness. Sign up by 5/14 for all 6 classes to get the discounted rate of $90

Strong Flow with Kristin Powers:
Strong Flow is a vinyasa style yoga class, combining dynamic movement, conscious breath work, and mindfulness. Each movement is paired with intentional pranayama (breath), guiding the body and mind into a state of balance and presence. Emphasizing mindfulness, the class encourages self-awareness and mental clarity, helping to cultivate a deeper connection to our bodies and breath. This invigorating flow enhances both physical and mental strength and resilience, leaving you feeling centered, energized, rejuvenated, and strong!
Vinyasa Flow with Emma Weatherhogg:
Each vinyasa class will be a balance of the physical postures, breathwork, and yogic philosophy. An intentionally crafted safe and non-judgmental space that honors embodiment, self-expression and compassion while staying rooted in the present moment. The theme will vary each week.
Meditation Circle with Emma Weatherhogg:
Join us for weekly meditation. An offering to explore, play, and drop into your internal landscape. The flow and theme of these circles will vary each week; however a basic structure of opening and closing space, checking-in, and a guided meditation will be provided.
Slow Flow wih Margaret McChesney:
**Slow Flow Vinyasa** is a mindful, breath-centered practice that moves with intention and ease. This class blends gentle, flowing sequences with longer-held postures to build strength, balance, and flexibility while cultivating a sense of calm and presence. With an emphasis on alignment and breath awareness, Slow Flow allows space to explore movement without rush, making it accessible to all levels.
This is a great class not only for beginners but also for more advanced practitioners looking to refine their practice. By slowing everything down, we create space to fine-tune alignment, deepen muscle engagement, and explore each pose with greater awareness. Whether you're new to yoga or seeking clarity in your practice, this class offers a supportive and enriching experience to reset your body and mind.
